In this panel, which includes an ensemble of publishing experts, we’ll discuss the team of people an author needs in order to produce a winning book in today’s competitive environment, whether you plan to publish traditionally or non-traditionally. We’ll cover everything from coaching (often helpful to complete your book,) to editing (essential to polishing it,) to publishing it well (adhering to best practices and highest standards regardless of path) to publicizing it (even traditionally published authors now hire their own publicists.)

The panel includes an author who produced a finished book just one year after attending the San Miguel Conference, thanks to her skilled team. Authors will learn the who, what, why, where and how of assembling an effective team, including where to find team members, how to engage and coordinate them, what results to expect, and how to budget for a team. You will come away feeling armed, enabled, optimistic and enthusiastic about moving forward with your own book!
